Il progetto è stato ideato per mettere in luce quella che è la sinergia di questi due autori, ovvero M. Ravel e R. Schumann.
Le opere che verranno trattate sono di Robert Schumann: Kreisleriana Op.16, e di Maurice Ravel: Valses Nobles et Sentimentales.
La scelta è stata favorita da una connessione musicale dei due compositori: Schumann, partendo da un impeto e marasma, appunto, Schumaniano, termina l’ottava fantasia con un decrescendo finale fino a toccare la nota “sol” in pianissimo.
Ravel, facendo esattamente la stessa cosa, apre il primo valzer con dissonanze molto cruente per poi arrivare a scemare il suono nell’ottavo e ultimo valzer, guarda caso, con la nota “sol”.
Ho voluto intitolare il disco “ atmosfere musicali” perché entrambi i compositori, sinergicamente, raggiungono lo stesso obbiettivo sonoro; considerando anche la “vicinanza” dei due compositori.

Nicolò Giuliano Tuccia was born in Emilia-Romagna: born in 1999, he began studying the piano at the age of 8.
Nicolò Giuliano Tuccia boasts over 30 awards in national and international competitions and more than 50 recitals as a soloist in important institutions and concert halls.
His career starts from 2018 performing with the “Circus Symphony Orchestra” of Padua. In 2019 he graduated in piano at the Rimini Conservatory with 110 cum laude.
In 2020 he distinguishes himself at the “Sergio Fiorentino piano competition” which will subsequently give him a concert in Helsinki for the University piano club supported by Eero Tarasti.
In 2021 he won the special prize at the Kings Peak International Music Competition, obtaining a masterclass with maestro Anthony Tam and the first prize at the Map international Music Competition, which will subsequently give him prize concerts in the USA.
In 2022 he carried out an intense concert activity debuting with the “B. Maderna di Cesena” Conservatory Orchestra at the Verdi Theater in Cesena with J.S. Bach’s 1053.
Also in 2022, he signs a contract with a record label that will lead him to record music by F. Liszt, L.V.Beethoven and M.Ravel.
In the same year, he made his debut in Bologna in the “Marco Biagi” room for the season “Knowing music” at the “Kaunas Piano Festival” and in La Spezia for “musical afternoons at the Fantoni” at the invitation of Maestro Claudio Cozzani.
Nicolò Giuliano Tuccia currently attends the Imola Academy “Incontri col Maestro” under the guidance of Maestro Andrè Gallo.
In 2023 he will perform in various European cities such as Rome, Rovereto, Lecco, Umeå, León and New York.
